Ingredients
- Coriander seeds- 6 tsp
- Red chilly- 5 to 6
- Channa dhal- 2 tsp
- Urad dhal- 2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds- 2 tsp
- Jeera / Cumin seeds- 2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1tsp
Method
- Dry roast (1 till 6) ingredients
- Grind them together with asafoetida to a powder
- Store them in airtight container and use when you need. It will last for few weeks
do you think chana and asafoetida are absolutely essential,you can add asafoetida along with tadka.........am i irritating you....
