Banana Rasayana / Balehannu rasayan / Rasayana

Ingredients

  1. Banana – 2 to 3 medium size
  2. Coconut milk – ½ cup
  3. Milk – ½ cup
  4. Til / Gingelly – 1 tsp
  5. Jaggery – ½ cup

Method

  1. Cut banana into small pieces
  2. Mix jaggery, coconut milk and milk. Stir till jaggery completely dissolves
  3. Add banana pieces and til/gingelly to this
  4. Serve cold. This can be served as desert. Few like this with Neer Dosa instead of eating dosa with Chutney
  5. We can even use mango instead of banana here
