Ingredients
- Chopped vegetables – 2 cups
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Green Chillies – 3 to 4
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Buttermilk/Yogurt – 1 cup
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 5 to 6
- Red chillies – 2 to 3
- Salt – as required
- Ghee/oil – 1 tsp
Method
- Cook chopped vegetables to tender
- Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies with little water
- Add this paste and salt to cooked vegetables. Boil for 5 min
- Remove the vessel from the stove. Add buttermilk/yogurt and mix well
- Garnish with fried mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chillies
