Ingredients
- Milk – 2 cups
- Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Almond – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Boil Milk, condensed milk and sugar together
- Keep stirring till it turns thick
- Add cardamom powder and crushed almond, mix well
- Keep for cooling
- Pour thin into kulfi mould/ ice cube tray or any container
- Freeze 6-7 hours
