Ingredients

Sprouted Greengram(Moong) – 2 cups

Salt – 1 tsp

Ghee/oil – 2 tsp

Grated coconut – 2 tsp

Curry leaves – 4 to 5

Chopped Green chilly – 1

Mustard seeds - ½ tsp

Coriander leaves
Method
-
Cook sprouted green gram till they become tender by adding salt
-
Remove the extra water content
-
Heat ghee/oil in a separate pan. Add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering, add curry leaves. Add cooked green gram and to this and mix

Garnish with chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and grated coconut
-
Serve hot
