Ingredients
- Rice Flour - 2 Cups
- Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 tsp
- Bengal Gram Dal (Chana Dal) - 2 tsp
- Crushed and roasted Groundnuts - 4 tsp
- Chopped Green Chillies – 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves(Chopped) - 1tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Til / Gingelly – 2 tsp
- Ghee/butter – 5 tsp
- Oil - To Fry
Method
- Mix all the ingredients(1 to 8)
- Add ghee/butter and kneed to a soft dough(similar to chapati)
- Make lemon size balls from this dough
- keep oil for heating
- Moist both the palms with water. Press these balls using both palms to about 4-5 cm diameter
- Drop these into oil and deep fry till they turn to golden brown
