Ingredients
- Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
- Ginger – 1/4th tsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 tsp chopped
- Green Chilly –1 to 2
- Curry leaves – 5 to 6
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chilly – 2
- Salt to taste
- oil - 1tsp
Method
- Grind coconut with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger,salt and little water to a smooth paste
- Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering, add curry leaves and red chillies
- Pour it over coconut paste
