Ingredients
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup (powder)
- Water – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3/4 cup
- Cashew,Almond,Cardamom
Method
- Roast wheat flour with little ghee for about 2 min. Dont allow it to turn brown
- Meanwhile mix jaagery and water. Heat it in a separate container till jaggery completely melts
- Add this Jaggery to the flour and keep stirring in medium flame
- Add remaining ghee when the mix starts separating from bottom of the pan
- Pour this into a greased plate and let it cool
- Cut into required size and shape. Can garnish with cashews,almonds and cardamom
