Ingredients
- Avalakki / Poha / Rice flakes / beaten rice – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 1/4th cup
- Chopped green chilly – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Red chilly – 1
- Curry leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering, add curry leaves and red chilly
- Turn off stove
- Now add grated coconut, green chillies, chopped onion, salt, sugar and rice flakes to the pan. Mix them well
- You can also serve this with Upma
