Ingredients
- Maida – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3/4th cup
- Water or Milk– 2 cup
- Cashews,almond,cardamom and raisins – 1/4th cup
Method
- Dry roast maida till it turns light brown
- Add sugar and mix
- Add either milk or water and stir well
- Add ghee when the the mix becomes thick and separating from the bottom of the pan
- Add Cashews,almond,cardamom and raisins
- Transfer this into a greased plate and cut into required size and shape
