Ingredients
- Long Beans/ Alsande – 2 cups chopped
- Grated Coconut – 4 tsp
- Green Chillies – 2
- Ginger – 1/4 tsp grated
- Red Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
- Blackgram Seeds - 1tsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 4 to 5
- Ghee/ Oil – 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add blackgram and mustard seeds. When starts spluttering, add curry leaves then red chilly powder, ginger and green chillies
- Add chopped beans and mix well
- Add little water and allow to cook closing the lid
- When cooked, add coconut add mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Serve hot with rice or chapati
